Plants and trees need deep, thick roots if they are to withstand wildlife, wind and storms. The bigger and higher a tree grows, the stronger its roots must be because roots feed the plant. They move important nutrients throughout, and they create a strong, stable base for life.
We can nurture ourselves and each other to grow to great heights through love and compassion. We can protect our saplings from the storms until their roots are deep enough to handle everyday life. We must also ensure our own base is full of strength. This can be done through love and compassion for ourselves, creating and living within healthy environments. How high do you want to grow?
